Fresh Vegetables and Fruits for Excellent Health

Veggies and fruits are some of the food types to keep our teeth healthy thanks to their nutritional value. For instance, raw vegetables like carrots, celery, and greens, as well as crisp fruits like apple can help eliminate plaque from our teeth and also freshen up our breath.

On top of that, many fruits and vegetables contain lots of antioxidants, like vitamin C, which helps protect our gums and protect several tissues from bacterial infection and cell damage. On the other hand, leafy greens also contain vitamin B, folic acid, which plays an integral part in supporting cell growth and promoting a healthy mouth.

Strong and healthy gums are crucial in maintaining our oral health. Just like oranges and apples, chewing on root vegetables stimulates our gums and also helps in generating saliva. Celery and carrots are also a great source of nutrients known as beta carotene, which is needed by our bodies to produce vitamin A.
